BSH was established in 2015. Our company located in Songgang Town, Baoan district, Shenzhen, China.We are mold designer,provide additional services ( CNC machining, MIM ,Injection,die casting ,polishing, deburring, sanding, drilling, tapping and so on ) To meet our customer's specifications. We also supply all kinds of surface treatment(painting, anodizing, power coating ,sand blast, chrome plating etc.).Now the factory is with 5000 square meter, company total assets is 15 million RMB ,and a staff of nearly 150 members and workers, among which there are 12 engineers and over 50 senior technicians, who can make 3D designing and technical drawings with CAD/CAM/CAE according to our customers' requirements , and use CNC Processing Center, EDM center, 3-coordinate measurer, NC imitating milling machine, large precision EDM, high-speed milling machines, spot machine, wiring machine and so on.

Mold Design
The aluminum alloy die-casting process requires the produced castings to conform to industrial standards in shape and dimensions. Therefore, mold design is the first step. Mold design should be based on actual needs, emphasizing completeness and simplicity in structure to ensure that the mold achieves accurate and precise casting.

Mold Making
After completing the mold design, the mold is manufactured according to the design drawings. Generally, the working precision of the mold is very high, and any deviation will significantly affect the casting. During mold making, strict process requirements must match the actual conditions. Before production, process planning and production requirements should be used to align parameters. Necessary quantitative management measures are prerequisites for ensuring the dimensional accuracy of the aluminum alloy parts.

Mold Installation and Parameter Adjustment
The completed mold must be installed on specific die-casting equipment for casting, and then the equipment parameters must be adjusted to ensure the highest precision of the aluminum alloy parts produced during the casting process.

Aluminum Alloy Material Preparation
Before casting, aluminum alloy materials that meet the requirements must be prepared. Commonly used materials include ADC12 and A380.

Molten Aluminum INJECTION
The aluminum alloy material is pre-melted and injected into the mold. Before injection, precise measurement and temperature control steps are required to ensure casting quality.

Mold Cooling
The molten aluminum in the mold is rapidly cooled and formed within a short time. Cooling time and temperature are critical factors affecting workpiece quality.

Demolding
After the mold cooling is completed, the mold is opened, and the die-cast aluminum alloy part is removed from the mold.

Surface Treatment
After demolding, the aluminum alloy part undergoes trimming, precision machining, painting, coating, and other surface treatments to meet the appearance and surface quality requirements.

Inspection
The aluminum alloy die-cast part is inspected for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, defects, etc. If it passes the inspection, the part is deemed qualified.
