The maintenance of die casting machines mainly includes daily maintenance, weekly maintenance, quarterly maintenance and annual maintenance. The specific contents are as follows:

Daily maintenance:

Clean the surface of the equipment: Clean the alloy chips and oil stains attached to the machine before leaving get off work every day to keep the surface of the equipment clean.
Check the oil temperature and oil pressure: Make sure the oil temperature does not exceed 55℃ and check whether the oil pressure gauge indicates normal.
Lubrication system maintenance: Check and replenish lubricating oil regularly, clean the filter in the lubrication system to prevent clogging by impurities.
Hydraulic system inspection: Check the level and quality of the hydraulic oil, replace the hydraulic oil in time, and clean the scale and impurities in the hydraulic system.
Electrical system inspection: Check whether the electrical circuit is damaged, aged or loose, clean the dust in the electrical control cabinet to prevent short circuit.
Moving parts inspection: Check the wear of moving parts such as elbow connecting rods, punches, and pull rods, and ensure that the connecting bolts of each moving part are tightened.
‌Mold installation and maintenance‌: Ensure that the mounting surface of the mold and the die-casting machine is clean and flat, regularly check the working surface of the mold, and perform necessary repairs and maintenance‌.
‌Cooling system inspection‌: Check whether the cooling water pipeline is unobstructed, and clean the scale and impurities in the cooling system‌.
‌Record maintenance situation‌: Establish a maintenance file to record the time, content and problems found in each maintenance in order to track the operating status of the equipment‌.
‌Weekly maintenance‌:

‌Mold opening and locking mechanism‌: Check whether the hinge part and the movable seat are lubricated in place, whether the fixed template and the movable template are clean, and whether the parallelism is normal‌.
‌Mold adjustment mechanism‌: Check the wear of the mold adjustment gear, ensure that the mold adjustment mechanism is lubricated in place, and whether the mold adjustment motor is running normally‌.
‌Injection mechanism‌: Check whether the meter indications of each injection part are normal, whether the nitrogen is sufficient, and whether there are any abnormalities in the injection rod and hammer head‌.
‌Ejection and neutron mechanism‌: Check whether the ejection and ejection movements are smooth, and whether the ejection cylinder is leaking‌.
‌Hydraulic system‌: Check whether the oil level in the oil tank is sufficient and whether there is oil leakage in the connections of each oil pipe.
‌Cooling system‌: Check whether there is water leakage in the cooler and water circuit, and clean the water tower and cooler once a quarter.
‌Circuit control system‌: Check whether the external circuit wire of the machine is loose, whether the switches at each position are damaged, and whether the relay of the control box works normally.
‌Quarterly maintenance‌:

‌Hydraulic system‌: Replace the hydraulic oil and clean the oil tank once a year, and clean the oil cylinder, oil circuit board and valve bodies if necessary.
‌Cooling system‌: Clean the water tower and cooler once a quarter.
‌Annual maintenance‌:

‌Hydraulic system‌: Replace the hydraulic oil and clean the oil tank, oil circuit board and valve bodies once a year.
‌Cooling system‌: Clean the water tower and cooler once a quarter.
