Mold design and production

First, make the mold according to the design drawings. The mold material is usually steel or aluminum alloy to ensure the accuracy and durability of the mold.

Melting and casting

The zinc alloy material is heated to a molten state and then poured into a pre-made mold. After it cools and solidifies, the casting is taken out.

Deburring and trimming

Use tools to remove burrs and excess corners on the surface of the casting to ensure that the surface of the casting is flat.

Grinding and polishing

Use sandpaper, polishing machine and other tools to grind and polish the casting to make its surface smooth and present a metallic luster.

Surface treatment
